Award-winning builders with extensive construction experience
With 60 years of building industry experience between them, Arne and Lindsay began Valley Homes, specialising in the construction of service stations for major oil companies, plus major projects for Grace Bros, Elcom (NSW) and local Masonic groups. In 1982 they saw a need for quality residential builders in the Hunter Valley and decided to expand their services – and Valley Homes as we know it today was born.
Valley Homes proudly builds around 150 homes each year and has carried out major housing projects for the Commonwealth Department of Administrative Services, the Commonwealth Department of Housing and Construction, the Defence Housing Authority and the NSW Department of Housing, as well as private projects for investors and owner-occupiers. Valley Homes won the NSW Master Builders’ 2008 Energy Efficiency and Environmental Sustainability Award.
