Our modern Australian/Asian/seafood menu presents the best of Tasmanian flavors using local produce.
Breakfast starts the day with a variety of offerings, be it a continental or cooked to order delight. The lunch menu is supplemented every day with excellent value specials and the dinner menu is focused on the “Total Tasmanian” dining experience. Our chef, Donna Robnik, applies her creativity and zest to produce delightful taste sensations which continue to maintain our excellent reputation.
