On arrival please proceed to the reception desk. Our staff will direct from the waiting room where you will be taken into the x-ray room by a nurse or Radiographer.
Depending on the examination, you will be in the department for around 15 to 60 minutes. For procedures, you will be required to stay up to 2 hours after your procedure and may need some-one take you home after. Specific instructions will be given to you at the time of making your appointment.
For most examinations, you will be required to change into a gown. We recommend you wear comfortable clothing and leave any valuables at home where possible.
Please remember to bring your Medicare card, healthcare card or insurance details as applicable.
