We have a history of more than 30 years in the Upper Hunter and an accounting practice has occupied our current premises since 1945.
In 1975 Bob Rose (a founding partner of Rose & Partners) joined Accountant Firm Scott and Champion. Bob became a partner in 1979 and the Firm’s name changed to Scott, Champion, Rose & Morris. After a year of trading the Firm was sold to Coopers & Lybrand and for some 17 years Coopers provided accounting services to the residents of the Upper Hunter.
During this time John Hallett joined the team in 1982 and Paul Heaton joined in 1987. In 1999 Bob, John and Paul joined forces to form Rose & Partners. Bob retired from the Practice in June 2007. Today John and Paul lead a team of 11 professional staff and 4 Administration staff who all strive to provide the best possible accounting and taxation outcomes for our clients.
To compliment our services Country Wealth – managed by Michael Gillett – supports our team and clients in all facets of Financial Planning.
