That’s why, as well as from our retail pet shop and aquarium shop in Brisbane, we also offer a range of our favourite pet supplies and accessories from our online pet store. We believe our job is to help pet owners find the right pet products for every situation. Our pet supplies & pet accessories are especially chosen to help you make the right choices – whether it’s switching to a healthier & more natural diet for your pet; training your pet; selecting that perfect dog or cat bed; or simply finding a fun & interactive new pet toy. Pets Unleashed started as a small pet supplies store in Brisbane in 2005. It started from the passion Sarah had to build a pet shop that she would want to shop at herself, where not only customer care but pet care was the top priority. We wanted a pet store that didn’t try to sell people things they didn’t need – a pet store that listened to its customers and tried to provide them with good advice and options to help them to choose what was best for their pet and their own situation. The really early days were all about spending time talking to our customers and working with them to answer their questions and solve their problems. We’re also an independent store – so we’re not tied to a set list of suppliers. We worked hard with suppliers large and small to find the best and most innovative products.
