It is a confidential document and it is the policy of this practice to maintain the security of medical records at all times. We will ensure that your information is only available to authorised staff or seek your permission before disclosing it to any third party.

Doctors at this practice use PenCS software to help provide you with the best medical care. This practice, like others around Australia, securely shares patient health information (that is not identifiable) with Primary Health Networks, to improve health services in this area.

Our practice is committed to providing you with the best preventative care possible. Practice staff will seek your permission to be included on our reminder system and may issue you with a reminder notice on occasion.

Please let the receptionist know when booking if you require a standard consultation or a specific appointment.

Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to notify you of any unforeseen delays to your treatment.

Long consultations are available upon request. Please let the reception staff known when making your appointment.

We require 2 hours notice for cancelling appointments. Missed appointments incur a $70 fee and a larger sum for longer consultations. This fee will need to be paid prior to another appointment being given.
