We’ve built a reputation as one of the premier mechanical service centres in Moe, serving customers from Warragul to Traralgon and all throughout the Latrobe Valley. While many are familiar with our auto repair and tyre service, we’re proud to introduce our newest corner of the business.
Established in 1940 as the Moe Tyre Service, Lloyd Street Tyre & Auto continues to provide the Latrobe Valley area with automotive repair and tyre services. The current owner Brendan Chessum took over the business in 2003, and now leads a workshop team boasting over 120 years of collective automotive experience.
Save yourself the journey back to your dealership to maintain your new car warranty; as a reputable workshop, Lloyd Street Tyre & Auto is able to conduct logbook services on your vehicle, as well as general new car inspections. We’re also able to offer services on leased vehicles.
To be able to sell on your vehicle or re-register a vehicle for driving, it needs to be deemed roadworthy by a licensed vehicle tester. We can perform roadworthy inspections for all cars, light commercial vehicles and taxis, by checking your vehicle’s essential parts and safety systems to ensure your car, van, ute or taxi is road-legal.
Our workshop is able to conduct logbook servicing on all makes and models, including petrol, diesel and LPG passenger and light commercial vehicles. Should you need it, you can also book in advance to have us pick up and drop off your vehicle within the Moe area.
