IJED Electric & Data began in a small backyard electrical workshop in Nowra NSW (Shoalhaven) more than 30 years ago. Ian & Rhonda Jorgenson started Ian Jorgenson Electric & Data Pty Ltd, now known as IJED Electric & Data specialising in dairy farm refrigeration. The company serviced the majority of dairy farms along the NSW South Coast from Wollongong down to Bega. As time went by and technologies changed the company began to undertake work its competitors were not. In addition to providing Nowra electrical services, these new technologies included products such as Clipsal C-Bus, data, CMS Poker Machine networking and many more.
Jason Boome became a director along side Ian in 2006. In 2013, Ian’s son Dylan bought his share of the company and together with Jason are looking to the future of IJED Electric & Data.
From its humble beginnings in a backyard workshop to the strong and highly regarded electrical company it is today, IJED Electric & Data has always had client requirements and continuous improvement at its forefront. IJED Electric & Data provide electrical services in Nowra, Bomaderry, Berry, Kangaroo Valley, Jamberoo, Gerringong, Fox Ground and the greater Shoalhaven, South Coast. With specialists in commercial, industrial, residential and mining sectors. In addition, IJED Electric & Data are also Level 2 Service Providers, whom service the Nowra Level 2 Electrical industry.
