company with the experience and expertise to successfully complete all
types of commercial and industrial projects.
We currently employ wages staff and installation contractors, including Administration & Estimating teams, Service & Commissioning Technicians, Duct & Sheet-metal installers, Pipe Fitters, Site Supervisors, Project managers, Apprentices & Labour.
We take pride in building a strong and united core group of staff and contractors who all have experience in working together on multiple projects intern giving a smooth and well communicated team.
The Director, Corey Field, along with his dedicated team of employees, is responsible for the overall performance of the company. With his industry experience he maintains Allfield Refrigeration & Mechanical Services’ reputation for quality project installation, maintenance and service programs.
OPTIMUM CUSTOMER SERVICE
To ensure optimum customer service, Allfield RMS operates with several effective and reliable means of communications. All mobile phones are equipped with voice mail should the operator be on the phone or out of mobile service area. At Allfield RMS we utilize Simpro Job Management Software with real time job tracking, invoicing, service requests and site management via the customer portal.
There is a team on-call 24/7 to attend to any after-hours breakdowns.A 24 hour service is available for all clients including but not limited to contracted hospitals, industrial processes and supermarket chains.The company services commercial refrigeration systems typically installed in fast food outlets.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
We at Allfield RMS are an active participator in industry training programs as part of its ongoing policy of staff training and development.
Through our membership of the IHEA, senior and mid-level managers receive training in current management methods.
Additional training is given to qualifying employees through suitable programs at T.A.F.E. Colleges and ‘off campus’ university courses.
