Providing quality for money, integrity and the ability to visualise the final result are some of Trevor’s strong points as a builder. He believes him and his wife will be able to customise any design to fit their clients’ needs to a tee.
“You have to be quite flexible to be a good builder I believe,” said Trevor. “I’m always careful to listen to the client’s requirements and then produce something that they will be happy with for a long time.”
The pair was attracted to Stroud Homes because of how professional the company is and the well-thought-out home plans. “When walking through any of Stroud’s display homes you can see how the plans do not only look amazing but how someone has put a lot of thought into them as well,” says Trevor.
One of his personal favourites is the all popular Wildflower 256, which is a modern family home. He thinks the design will work perfectly for the area as there’s a lot of acreage blocks available.
He also believes the Hamptons façade and inclusions will become popular because of the proximity to the beach and its coastal vibe.
