Fiasco opened its doors in 2006, after much Italian-style discussion and deliberations, usually over Friday night family pizza. A passion for simple, traditional Italian cooking led head chef Stefano Mazzina and his family to create a menu which offers diners a taste of time-honoured family recipes in a friendly and relaxed setting.
Stefano and his team are passionate about using small, local producers in all areas of the business. They aim to keep alive the Italian tradition of a strong connection all the way from the paddock to the plate. It’s this relationship that ensures the highest quality seasonal ingredients and provides the inspiration for many of the dishes. The team at Fiasco are excited about playing their part in a sustainable future for the region’s farmers and growers.
