Highlands General Practice was established as Bowral Street Medical Practice as a solo practice in the early 1980s and has grown and developed significantly over the years and we now have 14 Doctors, including registrars and a medical student, making Highlands General Practice one of the largest medical practices in the Southern Highlands. One of the benefits of being a larger practice is the broad range of skills, experience and special interests doctors bring to the team to enhance patient care across all stages of their lives.
Highlands General Practice is a progressive and innovative practice, and we are committed to providing services that meet the changing needs of our community. We understand good communication is key to developing an effective patient/doctor relationship and we encourage patients to be actively involved in their medical care and treatment to improve health outcomes.
