Our practice restroom is located within the hallway opposite room 6 and is clearly signed. We unfortunately do not have toilet facilities for those who are confined to wheelchairs.
Disabled patients confined to wheelchairs may find it more convenient to use the ramp at the rear of our premises between John Matthews Chemist and our practice. Please ring the doorbell for assistance. A disabled parking space is available at the front of the practice premises.
We do have a wheelchair onsite. Please ask at Reception if you need to use the wheelchair for you consultation or transporting the patient to and from your car.
If you feel you may be physically ill “Vomit” please inform our staff at reception immediately so they can assist & help you. There is a chemist for your convenience directly adjacent to our premises if you require a script filled.
Patrons are asked for the comfort of those patients who are ill to please keep children supervised and under control at all times. This practice is a Smoke Free environment for your good health and the comfort of others.

Due to the unpredictable nature of general practice consultations, the doctors will unfortunately run behind schedule at times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care you received, please talk to your doctor or our practice manager.
