At the Vet Connection, we truly value our clients and their feedback. This is why we appreciate you letting us know if you are unhappy with any part of your experience with us.
If you feel after your consultation that your concerns have not been listened to, or if you no longer believe we are the right clinic for you and your pet, we offer a full refund of the cost of your consultation fee.
The only thing we ask in return for your consultation fee refund is that you let us know where we went wrong, so we can address the issue and continue to improve the service we offer our clients.
The Vet Connection’s fun and interactive puppy school is designed for puppies aged between 8-16 weeks. Classes are held on week nights and the course runs over 5 weeks starting with the introductory class run by Dr Liam Brown. This is a highly informative class that will set the basis for all you need to know and do to get your puppy off on the right ‘paw’.
Dr Liam is not only an experienced Veterinarian but also an experienced dog trainer having competed at competition level with his own dogs.
