A testament to our success is the commitment of our dedicated and professional team, some who have worked with us for close to a decade. Susan and the team strive to create an open, warm environment in which many clients become part of the Helmet family.

Before we even pick up our scissors, our stylists take the time to listen and get a feel for your personality, your lifestyle and how much time you have to spend on your hair. We then offer suggestions based on that conversation.
That means you’ll walk out with the cut, colour and style you were looking for everywhere else.
From the moment you walk into our salon you’re greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Relax on our comfy couch with a cool face towel, and indulge in a cold refreshment or something from our coffee menu. Then we’ll whisk you off for a personalised consultation, relaxing shampoo and head massage.
Our salon is located centrally, yet is hidden away to allow for a private and intimate experience. Our clients enjoy soft music, dimmed lights and a secluded courtyard, where they can completely switch off from the world and enjoy some indulgent ‘me time’.
At Helmet we think it’s vital to stay up to date with the latest hair trends, technology and techniques. Our stylists regularly undertake training in their craft and customer relations, while guest artists from other parts of Australia regularly visit us to conduct workshops with us.
We endeavour to create an atmosphere of serenity and relaxation, where you can enjoy a quality hair experience with our friendly and professional stylists.
